Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy

We have a no return, no refund policy, except in the case where you received an incorrect or damaged product.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How To Return An Item?

Your item(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the product(s) within 3 business days of receiving it.

  1. Please email info@naturalbproduct.com to request a refund, and we will assign you a tracking number.

  2. Mail your returned item to:

Return Exceptions

Items that have been completely used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item has been found to be damaged, you may return it for an exchange, but you will still have to pay return shipping.
